Project Promise: Arts Guide

San Diego is one of those cities where one can find an outdoor activity to participate in most days of the year. But if you enjoy indoor activities like many of us do, there is hardly a better one than ballroom dancing san diego. Essentially, it is an inexpensive, healthy hobby that one can do almost every night of the week.

I like it because it improves fitness while meeting new friends. Where can one move to music while socializing with other people? It is almost the perfect exercise because it is fun and can be done in street clothes. I also like the fact that people of ages participate together in dancing unlike almost any other form of socializing or sport.

The popular story of the musketeers in seventeenth century France has been brought to the screen many times in the past century and such costumed action adventures have enjoyed popularity as DVD rentals and through movie downloading sites like Channel 131. But it would seem that this new version of the story might not exactly get rave reviews since it attempts to change the classic story into something that might be more appropriate if it was sitting in the middle of one of the “Matrix” movies and not hanging out with a group of Musketeers in seventeenth century France with a bunch of rapiers.

When our band started becoming more popular our band manager wanted to get us promoted and make a music video for us so he talked to several production companies about making the music video. The production companies he talked to either wanted to much money or they did not have the experience to make the kind of video that he wanted. One production company impressed him the most because several of their videos have won national awards and when they made a video for us we got so much recognition from it that many places started booking us on a regular basis. 

I think the story of how I met my wife is the best story of all. I was at a trade show looking to promote my company and I noticed this girl wearing bunny ears under trade show banners. She made eye contact with me and kind of stared at me until I walked over to her. When I got to her she said that she noticed me earlier and was waiting for me to come over to her and we ended up talking for the rest of the trade show and we got married six months later. To think that the only reason I even spotted her is because of her bunny ears is pretty funny.

As far as I am concerned, there is really only one way how to learn violin.  I have tried using lessons in person, but I just get too frustrated with my teacher and I end up quitting.  I am a more independent learner and prefer to work at my own pace.  I have seen very good results by using this online study course provided by Eric Lewis.  I did not know such awesome content was available online, and for such a cheap price.  I recommend this process for anyone trying to learn how to play the violin; quit paying weekly for something you can get online!

My friends and I went to the bar a few days ago and I started talking to this really cute girl who was sitting with her friends. We hit it off pretty quick and talked for about 3 hours and at the end of the night she offered to give me her phone number and I started to put it in my phone and all of a sudden I forgot what her name was and I didn’t know what to put. She saw me struggling with her name and got offended really quick and said never mind and left with her friends. If only she was wearing a nametag so that I could have called her the next day!

Every time I opened up my iTunes library to add more music to my iPod it was such a mess to look at and work with. I had a friend over and he told me that I should look at a program to automatically remove duplicates in itunes. I never even knew there was such a thing, and thought I just had to live with the program the way it was. My friend helped me find the program, download and use it for the first time and it worked very well.

My sister has asked me if I would like to borrow some of her Download Movies. Of course, I told my sister that I would love to do this. After all, the two of us seem to share an interest in the same types of movies. I think that it would be a wonderful idea to trade movies. This way, neither one of us would have to have a large amount of downloads. I am very thankful to have such an amazing sister.

It is hard to determine what the best soundtrack for a movie is out there, but if it was left to me then I would probably think it was something like Pulp Fiction. This film showed that you can put any sort of music to any sort of scene and get it to work really well. Royalty free music is extremely important in film making because you need to know if you are allowed to use the music.  If you are going to make a film then make sure you get this type of music for the project so that you know you can use it without permission, good luck though in trying to get a soundtrack as good as Pulp Fiction though.
